The Trk Visit form enables you add or edit the configuration of the Truck Visit Appointment form (on page 1).

To add or edit a truck visit appointment:

1. The Form lookup field automatically selects APPTTV because that is the only type of truck visit appointment.

2. In the Form Description field, enter a short description for the truck visit form.

3. Configure the form fields and business tasks for the truck visit.

4. Click Save.
